Before you start

Only dates already approved through the normal PTO process. Add each stretch separately. On the next page, any line whose on-duty dates fall inside one of these gets grayed out automatically, so you never rank a choice you cannot actually work.
Future state, not built yet This is manual entry for now. We are setting up a stable pilot ID or employee number, which may not extend to every employee. Once it exists, this field can pull approved dates automatically from the PTO dashboard instead of retyping them here. The same ID is also the fix for matching seniority reliably in the pairing engine, so this is worth building regardless of this one field. No timeline yet; this page keeps working as manual entry until it exists.
